Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

All our products are personalised and made to order, including those based on pre-designed templates. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all details (such as names, dates, colours, and custom messages) are correct before finalising your purchase. We cannot make changes once the order is in production.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess and resolve the issue promptly. Replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Cancellations

Due to the customised nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.
